When we have openings, they will typically fall into one or more of the following categories:
Craftworker – including carpenters, helpers, operators, and entry-level construction workers
Foreman or Leadperson – skilled craftworkers with an interest and aptitude for supervising and leading
Superintendent – on-site construction professionals able to manage Harper employees, oversee subcontractors, and, as an effective team member, manage all construction related matters
Assistant Project Manager – based in home office or on a project site, APM assists in the technical day-to-day project management responsibilities of a particular project or group of projects
Project Manager - construction professional with primary responsibility for all project administration including estimating, purchasing, subcontracting, scheduling, cost control and coordinating all members of the construction project team
Office and Support – various administrative positions to support operations are a critical factor of our success
