1/9/12:  The Harper Corporation is proud to announce that Hunter Sizemore has been hired as an Assistant Project Manager.  He is a 2008 graduate of Auburn University.  Hunter comes to Greenville from Colorado Springs, CO where he worked in Preconstruction Services. 

12/12/11:  The Harper Corporation is proud to announce that Kipp Cox has been hired as a Project Manager.  He is a 2005 graduate of Appalachian State.  Kipp is currently working as an on-site PM at Converse College.

10/17/11:  Matt Johnson has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, LEED AP.  Matt came to work at Harper Corporation in 2007.  He has been in the construction field for 14 years.  He is a 1997 graduate of the Citadel with a BS in Civil Engineering and a 2004 graduate from Georgia State Univesity with a MBA in Finance.  Matt is currently working on the Spartanburg Methodist College Academic Building.

10/14/11:  Justin "Hootie" Solesbee has been promoted to Project Manager, LEED AP.  Hootie started working with the Harper Corporation as an Assistant Project Manager in 2006.  He graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a Construction Science degree.  Hootie is currently the Project Manager on the White Oak Wellness Center in Spartanburg, SC.

09/20/11:  Bryan Royal has been named as Harper's Environmental Systems Division Manager.  Bryan has been with Harper since 2004 and has 13 years of Environmental Systems experience.  Harper Corporation's Environmental Systems Division focuses in water and wastewater technology.

08/17/11:  The Harper Corporation is pleased to announce that Kris Miller has been hired as an Assistant Project Manager.  Kris has been working as an intern in our Environmental Division while attending classes at Clemson University.  Kris graduated August 13 with a Civil Engineering degree.  He will begin his new role August 22. 

06/08/11:  The Harper Corporation is pleased to announce that our associates have completed 503,269 (and counting) "SAFEWORK" Hours!  By working together, creating a positive work environment and demonstrating mutual respect and trust for one another, Harper employees have worked more than 3 years without a lost time injury.

10/29/10: The Harper Corp. has been honored with the Best Office Project of 2010 by Southeast Construction magazine, a division of McGraw Hill. 9/14/10: Bryan Royal, a Project Manager with Harper Corporation, is # 25 in the Greenville First Best & Brightest 2010 35 and Under featured in the September issue of Greenville Business Magazine. 

8/16/10: Rooms To Go in Greenville, SC is a new 35,000 SF showroom located on Woodruff Road. 

8/12/10: The Town of Williamston Wastewater Treatment Plant project consists of additions and upgrades to the existing Big Creek East WWTP site facilities.

7/14/10: REWA Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, SC awarded LEED Silver Certification.  This 27,700 SF sustainable Class A Office was completed by Harper in 2008.

4/23/10:  Harper Corporation is the proud title sponsor of the Greenville Hospital Dragon Boat Festival.  This festival supports Cancer Research and included over 1000 participants.  Check out more at www.dragonboatupstate.org.

3/1/10:  Harper breaks ground on the Innovation Center with Clemson University and SCRA.  This center is being constructed on Clemson's Research Campus in Pendleton, SC and will house future Advanced Material start up companies.  Harper is the Design-Build Contractor for this exciting project.

11/18/09: Harper hits 300,000 safe work hours without a loss time injury.  This is a major milestone for the company since our last record of 505,346 safe work hours achieved in 2006.  Harper continues to have a culture of safety and educated indivuals that make a safe work environment a priority.

11/10/09: The Harper Corporation Healthcare Division is pleased to announce the grand opening of Greenville Hospital System's MD360.  This advanced convenient care facility is approximately 14,000 SF and was completed by Harper in 6 months.  Check out MD360's website at http://www.ghsmd360.org/

10/13/09: Team Harper Cycling and Team Meals on Wheels together raised over $7,400 for the 2009 MS Bike Ride.  This milestone adds to Team Harper's overall fundraising total of $37,275 over the past two years.

10/12/09: Harper named the Title Sponsor for the Greenville Hospital System's Dragon Boat Races.  This event focuses on raising money for cancer research in our community.

10/5/09: Harper Corporation announces launch of new website.  This is one of many steps in ensuring Harper is on the forefront of the competition.

9/20/09: Harper Corporation awarded New Horizon's Family Practice Headquarters.  This Design-Build project will be another successful project awarded to Harper's Healthcare Division.

9/17/09:  The Minority Economic Development Institute awarded the Harper Corporation the Minority Business Development Award for 2009.  This is one of many achievements by Harper in promoting and encouraging MBE/WMBE enterprise participation in the construction industry.
